Independent Chair

Dr Laurence Boulle offers services, on an ad hoc or ongoing basis, as an independent chair for special meetings, enquiries, difficult conversations and other sensitive meetings within voluntary organisations, educational institutions, residential situations, corporations or government. This is based on his experiences in chairing high-profile boards, government councils and industry bodies such as the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Council, Academic Senate and Mediator Standards Board.

As an independent chair he brings to the table impartiality, confidentiality, experience and consensus-building and problem-solving approaches.
